Officials said in a release that 49-year-old Robert Todd Jr. was the sole operator of a vehicle traveling south on Four Mile Run Road when his vehicle traveled off the side of the road and crashed into a tree. The release said a seatbelt was not used at the time of the crash. No additional information has been released. An investigation is underway.
