The Cape Coral Police Department released a statement detailing the timeline of the accusations against Razo.According to CCPD, officers were notified of allegations of inappropriate conduct by Razo toward a student at Ida S. Baker High School.School Administration reported that a former student of Razo’s disclosed that he had made comments about her appearance, passed her handwritten notes, obtained her phone number and communicated with her outside of school, CCPD said.The student also reported that in October 2025, Razo asked her to stay after class, led her into a storage room, and kissed her on the lips, CCPD said.
