Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval quietly sold their formerly shared LA home three years after their messy breakup. <\/a><\/p>\n

Sources claim the couple was able to sell the Valley Village farmhouse for $3.1 million on Friday, reports TMZ. <\/a><\/p>\n

Page Six previously posted an inside look at the Broadway star and Sandoval\u2019s former residence, which features a large contemporary kitchen with beautiful white marble countertops, light wood flooring, a spacious living room and den with a view of the backyard, and ritzy light fixtures.<\/p>\n

The primary bedroom holds enough space to fit a king-sized bed, extra seating and a sizable dresser.<\/p>\n

The exes decorated the room with mirrors, wood ottomans, low-sitting side tables and a green velour bedframe.<\/p>\n

Madix and Sandoval purchased the sprawling abode in 2019<\/a> \u2014 five years into their relationship \u2014 for $2 million. <\/p>\n

Madix decided to sell the home in 2023 after she and Sandoval (both seen above in a selfie) publicly called it quits amid his affair with their \u201cVPR\u201d co-star Raquel Leviss. arianamadix\/Instagram<\/p>\n

The decision to sell came after the reality stars publicly ended their nine-year relationship in 2023, after Sandoval\u2019s affair with their \u201cVanderpump Rules\u201d co-star Raquel Leviss was exposed.<\/p>\n

The music artist originally attempted to keep Madix from selling the house. In January 2024, the Bravolebrity appeared on an episode of the \u201cViall Files\u201d podcast<\/a> where he claimed he made his ex an all-cash offer of $3.1 million to buy the home. <\/p>\n

However, Madix turned him down. Instead, she took him to court and sued him to force the sale of the house<\/a> so they could split the proceeds.<\/p>\n

At the time, the \u201cLove Island\u201d host said in a February 2024 episode of \u201cVanderpump Rules\u201d that she didn\u2019t want to sell to Sandoval because he \u201cbroke the home.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHe f\u2013ked all of this up. He doesn\u2019t get to do that and then just keep it,\u201d Madix said in a confessional. <\/p>\n
