Clay County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deputy-involved shooting in Oakleaf Plantation (WJXT)<\/p>\n
CLAY COUNTY, Fla. \u2013 The Clay County Sheriff\u2019s Office is responding to a deputy-involved shooting in the Silver Bluff neighborhood of Oakleaf Plantation.<\/p>\n
Officials say the scene remains active, but residents in the area are not in danger.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere is a heavy law enforcement presence, and the scene is still active, however there is no threat to the community,\u201d the Clay County Sheriff\u2019s Office said in a statement on social media. \u201cMore information will be released as soon as it is available.\u201d<\/p>\n
No additional details, including the condition of those involved, have been released at this time. <\/p>\n
