GLENWOOD, Iowa (WOWT) – An emergency alert has been issued in Mills County, Iowa.<\/p>\n
According to the Mills County Emergency Management<\/a> Agency, \u201cplease remain clear of the area around 405 North Grove\u201d as an active law enforcement situation is in progress Wednesday night.<\/p>\n Authorities have surrounding areas barricaded.<\/p>\n Police in Atlantic, Iowa<\/a>, posted at about 8:45 p.m. that a situation there that some worried was tied to the incident in Glenwood was not. <\/p>\n \u201cLaw Enforcement in Atlantic has been working to take an individual into custody who had active arrest warrants.
