The <a href=\"https:\/\/wdwnt.com\/2026\/05\/chrome-plating-animation-marquee-disney-jr-posters-removed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\">old billboards on the Disney Jr.<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/wdwnt.com\/2026\/05\/more-posters-removed-in-animation-courtyard-at-disneys-hollywood-studios\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\">\u201cThe Little Mermaid\u201d soundstages<\/a> were removed earlier this month.<\/p>\n<p>New Walt Disney Studios Courtyard Billboards<a data-fslightbox=\"1\" data-type=\"image\" aria-label=\"Open fullscreen lightbox with current image\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/wdw-dhs-animation-billboards-9080-scaled.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1920\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/wdw-dhs-animation-billboards-9080-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Animation Courtyard at Disney\u2019s Hollywood Studios, which is being reimagined into the Walt Disney Studios Courtyard, has two more movie billboards.\" class=\"wp-image-1427480\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Now the Disney Jr. building is decorated with Dumbo and Zootopia 2 billboards. These replace images of Mickey and Minnie with the Disney Jr. logo, as seen below.<\/p>\n<p><a data-fslightbox=\"1\" data-type=\"image\" aria-label=\"Open fullscreen lightbox with current image\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-250.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1920\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-250.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1427481\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wdwnt.com\/2026\/05\/movie-billboards-installed-in-the-walt-disney-studios-courtyard-area-of-hollywood-studios\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\">Lady &amp; The Tramp and Tangled billboards<\/a> were added to the latter building on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>The Disney Jr. soundstage has been renamed \u201cStage 1\u201d and will soon house a new show,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wdwnt.com\/2026\/05\/mickey-mouse-clubhouse-live-sign-installed-in-animation-courtyard-at-disneys-hollywood-studios\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\">\u201cMickey Mouse Clubhouse Live!\u201d<\/a> It\u2019s set to open on May 26.<\/p>\n<p>The courtyard is expected to open on the same day, but an opening date for The Magic of Disney Animation hasn\u2019t been announced. Testing began for the<a href=\"https:\/\/wdwnt.com\/2026\/05\/first-look-at-new-disneys-hollywood-studios-sorcerer-hat-lighting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\"> lighting effects<\/a> on the sorcerer hat.<\/p>\n<p>The Walt Disney Studios Courtyard will include character\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wdwnt.com\/2026\/04\/characters-sign-walk-of-fame-concrete-outside-magic-of-disney-animation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\">autographs and handprints<\/a>\u00a0in the pavement. Inside The Magic of Disney animation, guests will\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wdwnt.com\/2025\/12\/6-new-character-meet-greets-to-disneys-hollywood-studios-in-off-the-page\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\">encounter characters<\/a>, learn to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wdwnt.com\/2026\/02\/new-animation-academy-experience-hosted-olaf-hollywood-studios-magic-of-disney-animation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\">draw with Olaf<\/a>, and play on an\u00a0Alice in Wonderland\u00a0playground.<\/p>\n<p>What do you think of the billboards for Disney animated classics now adorning the courtyard?
