The complex will include 158 one-bedroom residential units and a two-bedroom manager\u2019s residence. Parking will be included for 31 cars and 16 bicycles.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/herman-coliver-locus-architecture\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Herman Coliver Locus Architecture<\/a> is responsible for the design. Illustrations show the podium-style apartment complex articulated with a mix of facade carve-outs and a varied color palette. Construction is estimated to cost around $62.5 million, a figure not inclusive of all development costs.
