REDMOND, Wash. \u2014 Some of Washington state’s biggest employers have cut thousands of Puget Sound-area jobs since the start of the year, including Seattle-based Amazon, Factoria-based T-Mobile, and Seattle-based Starbucks. <\/p>\n
