On Thursday night, the Minnesota Lynx<\/a> are set to take on the Dallas Wings<\/a>, as they look to build off of their first win of the season, which came against the Phoenix Mercury<\/a> earlier in the week.<\/p>\n

The win itself didn\u2019t come easy, as the Mercury were never too far away from taking the lead, in large part thanks to the 30-point effort from Kahleah Copper, who would shoot with 42 percent accuracy from the floor, and have ten makes from the free-throw line.<\/p>\n

This wouldn\u2019t be enough to top the all-around team effort from the Lynx, as six of their players recorded double-digit points, with Nastasha Howard and Kayla McBride sharing the top spot with 14 points.<\/p>\n

Another key contributor for Minnesota was Nia Coffey, who would put up a 13-point, 10-rebound double-double, which included three makes from beyond the arc.<\/p>\n

Coffey “questionable” to appear on Thursday<\/p>\n

While Coffey was a part of the Lynx\u2019s win on Tuesday night, the same might not be said for Thursday night, as the 30-year-old has been downgraded to \u201cquestionable\u201d due to an issue with her right shoulder, according to the WNBA\u2019s injury report<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Her absence would be a huge loss for Minnesota, as Coffey has been averaging eight points and 6.5 rebounds per game this season, managing to live up to the expectations given to her in the offseason when she signed with the Lynx.<\/p>\n

Coffey isn\u2019t the only player on Minnesota\u2019s injury report, as Napheesa Collier and Dorka Juhasz will miss out due to their respective injuries.<\/p>\n

The Lynx will take on the Wings on Thursday night, with tip-off slated for 8:00 p.m. EST.<\/p>\n
