Cleveland County Judge Thad Balkman threw out a lawsuit Thursday against Alabama football player Dre Kirkpatrick Jr., who was sued by then-Perry resident Holden Moxley for an incident that happened during the Nov. 23, 2024, Oklahoma-Alabama football game.<\/p>\n
