I do not have the answer! Hoping someone here does.<\/p>\n

Four years ago, similar miniature busts started appearing in Bogardus Plaza. And in 2023 I could not solicit an answer from the crowd with a Nosy Neighbor post<\/a>. I checked with Bogardus Plaza and they also do not have a name, but say it\u2019s a woman who deposits them there.<\/p>\n

Anyone? <\/p>\n

UPDATE!! Morgan Gamblin, the volunteer coordinator for Friends of Tribeca Park, said the tiny terracotta heads were made by artist Renae Despointes, a friend of the park. <\/p>\n

\u201cShe shared with longtime gardener Julie Matsumoto that they were created for the children who wander through the garden to explore and discover little surprises,\u201d Morgan said. \u201cShe simply wanted to make their world a bit more magical and interesting.\u201d<\/p>\n
