The road is partially flooded and water was seen flowing from the manholes.<\/p>\n<p>The water has since been turned off, according to Grand Rapids crews at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>                <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"photo__main\" loading=\"eager\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/b78c6a29-e6ff-467b-a888-7a4ded46451a_1140x641.jpg\"  alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The break has been identified and isolated, and crews will be assessing the situation and repairing the break.<\/p>\n<p>There are no widespread service interruptions, according to Media Relations Manager Steve Guitar. Water service has been turned off on the west side of Division between McConnell and Logan.<\/p>\n<p>A part of southbound Division Avenue is closed. The Grand Rapids Police Department and fire department are on scene directing traffic.<\/p>\n<p>It is not clear how long the road will be closed.<\/p>\n<p>This is a breaking news story.
