The complex looks to construct two structures with housing and a 149-key hotel. E. Apartment sizes will vary with nine studios, 109 one-bedrooms, 78 two-bedrooms, and nine three-bedrooms. The hotel complex will yield around 131,420 square feet, including 52,400 square feet for the 149 guest rooms and 41,900 square feet of parking. The three-level podium garage will include 500 spaces, with 404 residential spots and 96 hotel spots.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/bar-architects-interiors\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">BAR Architects &amp; Interiors<\/a> is the project architect. <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/the-guzzardo-partnership-inc\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Guzzardo Partnership<\/a> is the landscape architect. The apartment exterior will be clad with a terracotta brick veneer and grey plaster finish. The property is across from the Pruneyard Shopping Center and two blocks from the Los Gatos Creek.
