PHOENIX (AZFamily) \u2014 A man was arrested early Wednesday morning after an alleged break-in at the Maricopa County Office of the Medical Examiner.<\/p>\n
The Maricopa County Sheriff\u2019s Office responded to a 911 call just after 1:30 a.m. about a possible burglary near 7th Avenue and Jefferson Street<\/a> in downtown Phoenix. <\/p>\n Maricopa County Security Services and the Phoenix Police Department were already at the scene helping secure the building. Deputies searched the facility and found Fenris Lu.<\/p>\n Lu was arrested on site. He is facing one count of burglary, four counts of sexual conduct with a dead person, one count of criminal damage, one count of escape and one count of possession of burglary tools.<\/p>\n During his initial appearance, his bond was set at $500,000 cash. If he posts bond, he will be required to wear an ankle monitor.<\/p>\n Detectives are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.<\/p>\n This is a developing story.
