(WLS) &#8212; An AMBER Alert has been issued for a six-month-old girl from Hammond, Indiana Thursday morning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The alert said Devaeyah Lucas-Bell was last seen at 4:20 a.m. and is believed to be in danger.
