Britney Spears drove \u201cerratically\u201d and and almost \u201csideswiped\u201d multiple vehicles before she was arrested and charged<\/a> with driving under the influence in March.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m reporting an erratic driving person,\u201d one caller said in a 911 call<\/a> exclusively obtained by Page Six. \u201cThey are driving a BMW.\u201d<\/p>\n

The caller described their location, adding the BMW could be seen swerving \u201cin and out of lanes\u201d and \u201cerratically slamming on the breaks.\u201d <\/p>\n

The driver \u2014 who asked to remain anonymous \u2014 added, \u201cIt almost sideswiped a couple of vehicles. It\u2019s driving at high speeds. I\u2019m worried they\u2019re going to crash with somebody.\u201d<\/p>\n

A second caller told a dispatcher for California Highway Patrol, \u201cPossible drunk driver. It is a black BMW. They\u2019re randomly breaking in and out of the lanes.<\/p>\n

\u201cAlmost sideswiped three or four vehicles,\u201d the individual added. \u201cI am loosely trailing them.\u201d<\/p>\n

Spears was arrested and charged with driving under the influence on March 4. <\/p>\n

In a police report obtained<\/a> by Us Weekly, an officer detected a \u201cdistinct odor of an alcoholic beverage\u201d from the car. She allegedly told an officer, \u201cI could probably drink four bottles of wine and take care of you. I\u2019m an angel.\u201d<\/p>\n

The report claims Spears confirmed she took prescription drugs during the day, including a mood stabilizer, antidepressant and 2.5 mg of an ADHD medication. <\/p>\n

She had \u201cred and watery\u201d eyes and her speech was \u201crapid and slurred.\u201d He also claimed she had \u201cdrastic mood swings,\u201d as she spoke in a British accent at times and her mood changed from \u201cconfrontational and agitated to flamboyant.\u201d<\/p>\n

The singer checked herself into rehab<\/a> on April 12 for substance abuse.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis was her own choice,\u201d a source shared with Page Six at the time<\/a>. \u201cThis isn\u2019t about one substance in particular, it has a dual purpose. \u2026 This is about Britney putting her mental health first and taking some time for herself to focus on the things that are important to her.\u201d<\/p>\n

The insider added, \u201cShe\u2019s dedicated to working on her health. This is something she really wants to do for herself. This was her own decision.\u201d<\/p>\n

Spears\u2019 attorney Michael Goldstein appeared in Ventura County Superior Court<\/a> on May 4 on behalf of the songstress.<\/p>\n

The lawyer accepted a \u201cwet reckless\u201d offer, which is a reduced charge involving reckless driving with alcohol or drugs. This is used in cases involving first-time offenders, low blood alcohol levels and no crash or injuries.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Spears received a one-year informal probationary grant and will have to attend and complete a three-month alcohol school totaling 30 hours.<\/p>\n

Goldstein told Page Six, \u201cThrough her plea today, Britney has accepted responsibility for her conduct.\u00a0She has taken significant steps to implement positive change which is clearly reflected in the Ventura County District Attorney\u2019s decision to reduce the charge in this case and dismiss the DUI.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cBritney appreciates this discretion and is also grateful for the outpouring of support she has received.\u201d<\/p>\n

But earlier this month, Spears had \u201coutbursts\u201d at a California restaurant. Instagram\/@britneyspears<\/p>\n

Though a source close to Spears recently told us the singer is \u201cdoing really well\u201d after her stint in rehab, she was seen allegedly barking, yelling and wielding a knife<\/a> at a Los Angeles restaurant earlier this month.<\/p>\n

Eyewitness Jeff Sneider alleged to Page Six<\/a> that Spears \u201csat down and proceeded to make a lot of woofing or barking noises and just throw a lot of outbursts.\u201d<\/p>\n

He claimed the \u201cToxic\u201d singer may have \u201cforgot[ten] to put down her silverware\u201d and was holding a knife.<\/p>\n

\u201cI wasn\u2019t threatened or anything like that,\u201d he said. \u201cBut when she eventually left, I turned around and was like, \u2018Holy s\u2013t, that was crazy!\u2019 to the entire section.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe woman sat down and proceeded to make a lot of woofing or barking noises and just throw a lot of outbursts,\u201d an eyewitness told Page Six. britneyspears\/Instagram<\/p>\n

However, Sneider claimed one woman said of the pop star, \u201cShe had a knife and came toward me. I thought she was going to stab me.\u201d<\/p>\n

A rep for Spears insisted to Page Six<\/a> that this is completely blown out of proportion,\u201d claiming, \u201cBritney was enjoying a quiet dinner with her assistant and bodyguard. She was simply telling the story about how her dog was barking at the neighbors.<\/p>\n
