He was arrested on site.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Lu is facing one count of burglary, four counts of sexual conduct with a dead person, one count of criminal damage, one count of escape and one count of possession of burglary tools.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">During his initial appearance, Lu\u2019s bond was set at $500,000 cash. If he posts bond, he will be required to wear an ankle monitor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Officials said they are working to notify the families of the deceased victims in this case.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Further information was not immediately available.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 KPHO via Gray Local Media, Inc.
