How to watch CJ Cup Byron Nelson on Friday<\/p>\n

At this point in his PGA Tour comeback, Brooks Koepka<\/a> is still fighting to gain access to the PGA Tour\u2019s biggest events. But if Thursday\u2019s opening round at the CJ Cup Byron Nelson is a sign of things to come, he won\u2019t be fighting much longer.<\/p>\n

The five-time major champion got off to a strong start in Round 1 and never let up. By day\u2019s end, Koepka had recorded six birdies, an eagle and zero bogeys for a 63.<\/p>\n

That left him tied for second with Jesper Svensson. Taylor Moore<\/a> is the only player above Koepka on the leaderboard<\/a> as we head into Friday\u2019s second round. Moore shot a 62 to lead by one.<\/p>\n

Scottie Scheffler<\/a> fired a five-under 66 to get into contention early as well.<\/p>\n
