The iconic tower, commonly known as the John Hancock Center, is working on reimagining itself as it faces high vacancy rates like others in the surrounding area. The parking and office floors are owned by local firm Hearn.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/360-Chicago-04-1024x691.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"691\" class=\"size-large wp-image-80138\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">View of 875 N Michigan Avenue via JLL<\/p>\n<p>Rising 100 stories tall, the tower was long known for holding one of the highest indoor pools in the world and the iconic Signature Room on the top floors. Its current program includes retail on the bottom three floors, parking from floors four to 12, offices from 13 to 41, residential units from 44 to 92, and an <a href=\"https:\/\/chicagoyimby.com\/2025\/06\/details-revealed-for-360-chicago-expansion-on-michigan-avenue.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">upcoming multi-story observation deck and event space<\/a> on floors 94 to 96.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/360-Chicago-02-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" class=\"size-large wp-image-80140\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Rendering of expanded 360 Chicago by SOM<\/p>\n<p>While the units are popular, the office floors remain largely vacant after efforts by its owner to market them toward medical uses. The lease for the hotel is still being finalized and needs to be executed, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chicagobusiness.com\/real-estate\/commercial\/ccb-marriott-hotel-john-hancock-center-20260519\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Crain\u2019s<\/a>.
