The proposal looks to replace two commercial structures with around 360 apartments near the former Vallco Mall site and Apple Park. The <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/hanover-company\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Hanover Company<\/a> is responsible for the application.<\/p>\n<p>The eight-story structure is expected to produce 363 apartments with a three-story garage. Parking will be included for 451 cars and 219 bicycles. Approximately half of the units will feature a private balcony. The application invokes Assembly Bill 1287, Senate Bill 330, and the State Density Bonus law to streamline the approval process and increase residential capacity.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/tca-architects\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">TCA Architects<\/a> is responsible for the design. The site is close to the former Vallco Mall site and Apple Park.
