Greenberg Traurig Local Partner Dr. Philip Radlanski<\/a> spoke at the 27th
\nHandelsblatt Data Protection Congress in Berlin on May 19.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s Data Protection Congress focused on the
\nchallenges posed by data protection law ten years after the GDPR
\ncame into force. Philip Radlanski, Local Partner in the IP &
\nTechnology practice group, delivered a presentation at the congress
\nin which he used concrete examples to highlight three widespread
\nmisconceptions regarding GDPR governance within international
\ncorporate structures. He presented a concise model for robust role
