And there were no crutches in sight when the 28-year-old was seen after a double date with Kendall and her sister Kylie Jenner<\/a> and her boyfriend Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet<\/a> a few days later in L.A.<\/p>\n

An insider tells Star that after months of a \u201cfriends with benefits\u201d situation, the Wuthering Heights star<\/a> and the model, 30, have taken things to the next level<\/a>. \u201cHe wants to be with her all the time and is very sincere,\u201d the source says of the Aussie actor. Even, apparently, at the cost of his professional reputation. Says the insider, \u201cSkipping Cannes was a real head-scratcher. He could easily have gone and met up with Kendall afterwards.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, some around Kendall are warning the reality star that the 6-foot-5 actor \u2014 who\u2019s dated Kaia Gerber<\/a>, 24, and Olivia Jade Giannulli<\/a>, 26, among other beauties \u2014 can be a heartbreaker<\/a>. \u201cShe\u2019s aware of his reputation,\u201d says the insider. \u201cShe\u2019s vowed to stay grounded.\u201d<\/p>\n
