\n\tRosie O\u2019Donnell, who was a host on ABC\u2019s \u201cThe View<\/a>\u201d from 2006 to 2007 and returned briefly in 2014, recently posted on TikTok <\/a>that she is worried about the iconic daytime talk show being canceled amid unconfirmed rumors that ABC is reviewing \u201cThe View\u2019s\u201d alleged \u201cliberal bias.\u201d The White House put out a statement<\/a> last month saying \u201cThe View\u201d could be the \u201cnext to be pulled off the air\u201d as Donald Trump<\/a> celebrated CBS\u2019 decision to cancel Stephen Colbert\u2019s \u201cLate Show\u201d and called for Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon to get axed next.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThe show with five women speaking their own opinions. That\u2019s the threat now,\u201d O\u2019Donnell wrote about \u201cThe View\u201d in the Trump era (via EW<\/a>). \u201cBecause it\u2019s not enough to run the country into the ground. You have to control what people SEE. What they HEAR. What they think. And \u2018The View\u2019? Well, that\u2019s a little too much woman \u2014 a little too much truth \u2014 a little too much Joy Behar saying \u2018I don\u2019t think the insurrection was a tourist visit, Karen.\u2019 Apparently, the truth is dangerous now.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tO\u2019Donnell added \u201cthis is about removing any program that doesn\u2019t align with Trumpism.\u201d She regularly feuded with Trump during her own stint on \u201cThe View\u201d and continues to do so to this day, having moved to Ireland after Trump was re-elected U.S. president last year. She called on her followers to speak up against the media being silenced.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWe do not get quieter. We do not make ourselves smaller, so they can feel more comfortable,\u201d O\u2019Donnell wrote. \u201cWe speak louder. We take up space. We stand together and say what is true, even when it shakes the walls. Because the most dangerous sound in the world is a woman who knows what she\u2019s talking about \u2014 and refuses to stop.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tO\u2019Donnell\u2019s statement, and her decision to cite Joy Behar, clearly hit a nerve with Trump\u2019s White House. Spokesperson Taylor Rogers railed against both women when asked for comment by Variety about O\u2019Donnell\u2019s TikTok post, writing: \u201cRosie O\u2019Donnell and \u2018Joyless\u2019 Behar are irrelevant losers with too much time on their hands, whining about a failing talk show while everyday Americans are working hard. Our country is better off with Rosie living abroad \u2014 and we can all hope \u2018Joyless\u2019 Behar will join her next!\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tBehar previously ignited outrage from The White House<\/a> when she claimed on the July 23 episode of \u201cThe View\u201d that Trump is \u201cjealous\u201d of former President Barack Obama. It all started when Trump\u00a0alleged that Obama\u00a0<\/a>was \u201ctrying to lead a coup\u201d in the past and accused Obama of \u201ctreason.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cFirst of all, who tried to overthrow the government on Jan. 6. Who was that again? That was not Obama,\u201d Behar fired back at Trump in response. \u201cThe thing about him is he\u2019s so jealous of Obama, because Obama is everything that he is not: Trim, smart, handsome, happily married, and can sing Al Green\u2019s song \u2018Let\u2019s Stay Together\u2019 better than Al Green. And Trump cannot stand it. It\u2019s driving him crazy.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tWhite House spokesperson Rogers clapped back at Behar and \u201cThe View\u201d in a statement to\u00a0Variety\u00a0at the time that read: \u201cJoy Behar is an irrelevant loser suffering from a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome. It\u2019s no surprise that \u2018The View\u2019s\u2019 ratings hit an all-time low last year. She should self-reflect on her own jealousy of President Trump\u2019s historic popularity before her show is the next to be pulled off air.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tBehar and her fellow hosts on \u201cThe View,\u201d such as Whoopi Goldberg, have long been critical of Trump and regularly speak out against him during the show.<\/p>\n
