But Horton had a shin injury in Week 9 that ended his season.<\/p>\n<p>Horton underwent surgery, and his timetable for a return has been uncertain.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s a chance that he could do some stuff toward the end of the spring,\u201d coach Mike Macdonald said Tuesday, via Connor Benintendi of SI.com. \u201c<a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.si.com\/nfl\/seahawks\/onsi\/mike-macdonald-delivers-good-news-seahawks-tory-horton\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">We\u2019ll see<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s great news for Horton\u2019s chances of being ready for Week 1.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTory has made a lot of great strides,\u201d Macdonald said. \u201cWe got some feedback that can really accelerate his recovery, which is great. He deserves some good news: He\u2019s been working really, really hard. It\u2019s one of those things, you don\u2019t have a timetable until you do.
