According to a new report highlighted by Bleacher Report <\/a>while referencing reporting from the New York Post\u2019s Jon Heyman, the chances of the Detroit Tigers<\/a> trading the reigning ace are \u201crising\u201d as the organization spirals deeper into one of baseball\u2019s most disappointing collapses of the 2026 season.<\/p>\n

And if that actually happens, the rest of Major League Baseball has a problem. Because healthy Tarik Skubal is not just another trade deadline arm. He is the kind of pitcher who instantly changes the balance of October baseball.<\/p>\n
