Tennessee softball is set to meet Texas Tech in the 1-0 game of the 2026 Women\u2019s College World Series. The winner will be just one win away from reaching the championship series, while the loser will be forced to win three straight to stay alive.<\/p>\n

The critical matchup between the Lady Vols and Red Raiders is set for 3 p.m. ET and will air on ABC from Oklahoma City.<\/p>\n

No. 7 Tennessee reached the round by downing No. 2 Texas in the opening game of the WCWS. No. 11 Texas Tech blew out Mississippi State.<\/p>\n
