I didn&#8217;t help you,'&#8221; he added. &#8220;They kind of let you know.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The West Wing star\u2014who is dad to daughters Eve, 67, Elizabeth, 65, and Beatrice, 64, with wife Arlene Alda\u2014recalled the moment his age really sunk in.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You get a hint that you&#8217;re older when you&#8217;re like me,&#8221; he said, &#8220;and you discover that you&#8217;ve got three daughters and they&#8217;re all on Medicare.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Alan Alda is reflecting on marking a major milestone.
