Traffic lights were out in the area.<\/p>\n<p>Police said two people in the vehicle were taken to the hospital for serious injuries.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The WRAL Breaking News Tracker was on the scene and saw a vehicle flipped upside down with debris scattered across the road.<\/p>\n<p>Duke Energy estimated the power would be restored around 12 p.m..
