{"id":678030,"date":"2026-06-01T14:55:13","date_gmt":"2026-06-01T14:55:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/678030\/"},"modified":"2026-06-01T14:55:13","modified_gmt":"2026-06-01T14:55:13","slug":"new-caney-homeowner-finds-teenager-dead-in-front-of-house-officials","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/678030\/","title":{"rendered":"New Caney homeowner finds teenager dead in front of house: officials"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A 15-year-old was found dead in front of a house in New Caney on Saturday night, the Montgomery County Sheriff\u2019s Office said.<\/p>\n<p>The sheriff\u2019s office responded around 11:30 p.m. to a 911 call from a homeowner in the 20700 block of Stevens Road who told police they found the body of a deceased teenager in front of their house upon returning home, officials <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/MCTXSheriff\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">said on Facebook<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The teenager had been shot.
