It was a home, a general store, a community center and a medical clinic where Ing Hay served as a beloved doctor to residents across the region. His practice included herbal remedies, noninvasive treatments, essential women\u2019s healthcare and more.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-body__text article-body--padding color_dgray m-none\">Archaeologists and historians are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opb.org\/article\/2026\/05\/28\/kam-wah-chung-archaeology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.opb.org\/article\/2026\/05\/28\/kam-wah-chung-archaeology\/\">continuing to deepen our understanding<\/a> of the legacy of Kam Wah Chung and traditional Chinese medicine in Eastern Oregon.
