Lane, of Montana, to be United States District Judge for the District of Montana.<\/p>\n<p>At 11:15 a.m., the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes on the following:<\/p>\n<p>1) Confirmation of the Lane nomination.<\/p>\n<p>2) Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #743, Jeffrey M. Kuhlman, of Kansas, to be United States District Judge for the District of Kansas.<\/p>\n<p>Following the cloture vote on the Kuhlman nomination, the Senate will recess until 2:15 p.m. for the weekly conference lunch meetings.<\/p>\n<p>At 2:15 p.m., if cloture is invoked, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of the Kuhlman nomination.<\/p>\n<p>Please note, further roll call votes are possible during Tuesday\u2019s session of the Senate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. and will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #736, Kathleen S.
