Followers were quick to notice the giant diamond ring on her left ring finger and what appeared to be a home pregnancy test<\/a> on the counter of her bathroom in a mirror selfie photo.<\/p>\n

While the single mom, who welcomed daughter Sophia<\/a> during season 1 of 16 & Pregnant in 2009, has not confirmed the rumors, she has been open in the past about having more children with the right person.<\/p>\n

\u201cSophia has always asked for a sibling<\/a> and you know, it was hard at first,\u201d she told Us Weekly<\/a> in 2017. \u201cShe was confused about her father\u2019s loss. She wanted siblings and honestly, I\u2019m just so blessed that everything is sorting out\u2026I hope that I find somebody under the right circumstances to start a family with.\u201d<\/p>\n
