JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 A woman has been arrested in connection with the May shooting death of a tow truck driver.<\/p>\n
Action News Jax told you when Oliver Lopez<\/a> was shot and killed on the night of May 26 while trying to repossess a car<\/a>.<\/p>\n >>> STREAM ACTION NEWS JAX LIVE <<<<\/a><\/p>\n Rockelle Jones, 37, is charged with burglary, according to a Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office arrest report.<\/p>\n The report said Jones \u201cdid commit the crime of Burglary to an Occupied Conveyance prior to this shooting in relation to a dispute over the repossession of a vehicle registered in her name.\u201d<\/p>\n Lopez was at the Sanctuary Walk Apartments with a witness \u201cto tow a vehicle that was scheduled to be repossessed,\u201d as it was Lopez\u2019s occupation, the report said.<\/p>\n The witness told police that they located the vehicle, a 2013 Jeep Compass, and began attaching it to the tow lift.<\/p>\n [DOWNLOAD: Free Action News Jax app for alerts as news breaks<\/a>]<\/p>\n Jones walked toward the witness and Lopez and \u201cdemanded\u201d that they put the car down.
