The consistency between the leaked rear-panel parts and design models strengthens speculation that Apple might adopt more saturated hues for its next-generation flagship.

The leaks and rumors regarding the iPhone 18 Pro keep coming, and now two distinct sources have shared the clearest images yet of design models and alleged iPhone 18 Pro components.

As you might’ve guessed, these images offer a fresh look at the potential colors for the iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max, which are said to be Dark Cherry, Light Blue, Black, and the returning Silver from the iPhone 17 Pro.

The design model images come from a source with a track record of leaks (and phone reviews) in the past. They offer an exceptionally clear view of the iPhone 18 Pro’s alleged design, which appears identical to the iPhone 17 Pro (at least from the rear). While the vividness of the dummy units is somewhat unusual for Apple’s premium flagships, the precedent set by the “Cosmic Orange” iPhone 17 Pro suggests that Apple is becoming more willing to experiment with bold, fun paint jobs for its Pro series.

iPhone 18 Pro: Leaked design models, alleged rear panels and parts reveal iPhone 18 Pro might be the colorful Pro iPhone ever

The second part of the leak is more controversial, as it (allegedly) shows actual iPhone 18 Pro parts (specifically, the rear panel).

The images show sets complete with SIM card trays and screws. Of course, it is impossible to confirm if these parts are genuine or, for example, intended for early testing. Nevertheless, the colors seen in the dummy models and the back panels align quite closely, particularly regarding the saturated, vivid tones of the Light Blue and Dark Cherry options.

Overall, the latest iPhone 18 Pro leaks have raised hopes that Apple may finally give iPhone users a choice of at least two bold, new colorways accompanying the standard Black and Silver options. Whether these vivid hues will make it to the final units or be toned down for the retail release remains to be seen. We expect definitive answers once the iPhone 18 Pro series, and the foldable iPhone Ultra, make their official debut this September.

The alleged iPhone 18 Pro rear panels.
