However, the Terps added transfer Cardell Williams from Sacramento State on May 30 \u2014 in exchange, Kargman has gone in the other direction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">After <a href=\"http:\/\/www.testudotimes.com\/maryland-news\/91590\/mm-6-4-maryland-football-signs-rice-basketball-guard-jordan-williams-as-a-linebacker#comments\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Wednesday\u2019s surprise addition<\/a> of converted linebacker Jordan Williams, former three-star recruit Keyshawn Flowers is out the door at linebacker. He was the No. 21 recruit in the state in the class of 2024.
