Rosie O\u2019Donnell will not go under the knife again.<\/p>\n

At Sunday\u2019s Tony Awards 2026<\/a>, the former talk show host was asked whether she plans to have any more cosmetic work done after fessing up to getting a facelift. <\/p>\n

\u201cNo, I don\u2019t think so,\u201d she told E! News<\/a> on the red carpet.<\/p>\n

O\u2019Donnell, 64, told the outlet that she decided to go public with her plastic surgery because she wanted to be genuine<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cAuthenticity is the goal in these days and times,\u201d she shared. <\/p>\n

\u201cAnd I think all that matters is truth and love, and so I wanted to be truthful and say all the complicated emotions I had about it,\u201d the \u201cA League of Their Own\u201d star added.<\/p>\n

O\u2019Donnell also felt it was smart to get ahead of the tabloids leaking the story for a \u201cgotcha\u201d moment.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just wanted to say, \u2018This is what I did, and here\u2019s the doctor, and if you want to,’\u201d she explained, adding that the procedure was very pricey.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut it\u2019s very expensive \u2014 it\u2019s more expensive than any car I ever bought, but I can\u2019t drive around in my face,\u201d the former \u201cView\u201d co-host explained.<\/p>\n

Last month, O\u2019Donnell shared before-and-after photos of her transformation<\/a>, saying that she felt \u201cshameful\u201d about the surgery because of how much she spent on it.<\/p>\n

The \u201cFlintstones\u201d actress said that though she previously thought plastic surgery was a \u201cbetrayal\u201d of feminism, she had a change of heart when she noticed how many wrinkles were on her face following her 50-pound weight loss.<\/p>\n

\u201cI tried to be evolved about it. and say things like, \u2018This is natural. This is earned,\u2019\u201d she penned. \u201cAnd then \u2026 \u2018umm how earned does it have to look?\u2019<\/p>\n
