The Spaniard then played at Wimbledon<\/a>, but suffered a first-round defeat to home hope Katie Boulter<\/a>. <\/p>\n Since then, Badosa<\/a> has yet to return to action on the WTA<\/a> Tour and has provided her fans with an emotional update amid her struggles. <\/p>\n She took to X to say: \u201cI wasn\u2019t built by easy days. I was shaped by the moments that broke me, the choices that didn\u2019t go as planned, and the times I fell short of who I wanted to be.<\/p>\n \u201cMy setbacks weren\u2019t signs that I was weak; they were necessary chapters in a story that\u2019s still being written.<\/p>\n \u201cFailure taught me what success never could. It humbled me. It forced me to look inward, to ask hard questions, to rebuild with more intention and clarity.<\/p>\n \u201cEvery mistake I made sharpened my understanding of who I am and who I\u2019m not. And while I once feared those mistakes, I now see them as some of my greatest teachers.<\/p>\n \u201cThere were times I thought I\u2019d lost everything, my direction, my confidence, my sense of worth. But looking back, I realise I was only losing what no longer served me.<\/p>\n \u201cEvery loss gave space for growth. Every closed door redirected me toward a better one.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m not proud of every moment in my past, but I am proud of the person those moments created. The human I am today is more resilient, more aware, and more grounded because of everything l\u2019ve survived and learned. <\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t run from failure anymore.
