John Summit<\/a> has spoken out after an incident during the producer\u2019s June 7 set at Lilly\u2019s Club Monte Carlo in Monaco, France. Happening amid the Monaco F1, the night was announced as a shared billing from the producer and Travis Scott<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But the show didn\u2019t happen as planned, with footage of the night making its way around the internet showing Scott interrupting Summit\u2019s set after the rapper arrived late to the performance. Video shows Scott climbing over the DJ decks during Summit\u2019s set and performing for the crowd.<\/p>\n

\u201cMonaco that was insane last night,\u201d Summit wrote in an Instagram story posted Monday (June 8). \u201cLast night was out of control. My show got shut down due to another artist showing up late and forcing his way onto the stage. Love you all that were there to dance and have a good time.\u201d<\/p>\n

The producer also shared a video of himself playing his hit \u201cGo Back\u201d during the set, with the caption \u201cI wanna go back (onstage to finish my performance).\u201d He also shared another clip of the incident with a caption thanking his production director John Fink for \u201cholding it down during the chaos.\u201d The video shows a crowded stage with people pushing toward the front where Summit is standing, with Fink heard saying \u201cdon\u2019t f\u2013king touch him like that\u201d to another man in the crowd.<\/p>\n

Scott\u2019s team did not immediately respond to Billboard\u2018s request for comment.<\/p>\n

Summit is busy playing across Europe this summer, with his Monday night residency at Ibiza\u2019s [UNVRS] happening through late July and the producer also on the lineup for festivals including Tomorrowland. He\u2019ll return Stateside in late July for a headlining set at Lollapalooza, with a North American arena tour<\/a> to follow in the fall.<\/p>\n
