(WFSB) &#8211; A person was hit by a driver in Manchester on Wednesday morning, police confirmed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">They said the person was struck in the area of East Center and Munro streets.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">They described the victim\u2019s injuries as life-threatening.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">East Center Street was closed between Goodwin and Parker streets.
