Joan Cusack pulled back the curtain on her decision to ditch Hollywood for a \u201cnormal\u201d Chicago life with her family at Tuesday\u2019s \u201cToy Story 5\u201d premiere in Los Angeles<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI feel so honored to have worked in this industry for a long time,\u201d the actress, 63, explained to Variety<\/a>. \u201cBut it\u2019s also great to live your life and raise your kids and be in Chicago and be a normal person.\u201d<\/p>\n Joan Cusack spoke about her decision to ditch Hollywood at Tuesday\u2019s \u201cToy Story 5\u201d premiere in Los Angeles. Kevin Mazur\/Getty Images for TAS Rights Management<\/p>\n Cusack has been married to her husband, attorney Richard Burke, since 1996.<\/p>\n The couple shares sons Dylan, 28, and Miles, 25.<\/p>\n The Emmy winner, who voices Jessie in the film franchise, called her life outside of the industry \u201ckind of priceless\u201d \u2014 but did dub the star-studded premiere \u201ckind of cool.\u201d<\/p>\n Cusack (pictured above on May 28) called this shift \u201ckind of priceless.\u201d ZUMAPRESS.com<\/p>\n The actress returned to the industry to voice Jessie (pictured above) in the Disney Pixar franchise\u2019s fifth installment. AFP via Getty Images<\/p>\n The Oscar nominee posed for pictures with co-star Tom Hanks, as well as Taylor Swift.<\/p>\n The pop star, who sparkled in an off-the-shoulder corset dress<\/a>, has a new original song<\/a>, \u201cI Knew It, I Knew You,\u201d featured in the movie \u2014 and surprised fans with a performance after the screening.<\/p>\n Swift, 36, specifically gushed over Cusack\u2019s character while sharing the song<\/a> with Swifties via social media last week.<\/p>\n Cusack has voiced the character since \u201cToy Story 2\u201d came out in 1999.
