This tier also includes access to T-Mobile’s 24/7 live assistance, including video support, so you can troubleshoot connectivity issues any time, day or night. And for a limited time, you’ll also get Hulu and Paramount+ for free as long as you keep your home internet account active and in good standing.

To take advantage of this deal, you first have to see if T-Mobile offers 5G home internet in your area. You can enter your home address on the website, and if services are available for you, it’s easy enough to get started signing up. Existing T-Mobile customers can also get the deal if they add the All-In 5G tier to their current mobile phone plan. Once you’re all set, T-Mobile will ship you a 5G gateway wireless modem within 2 days for you to set up on your own, but if you need help or run into issues, you can call the 24/7 support hotline. You can even test out your new internet service for 15 days — and if you don’t like it, you can get your money back.

    T-Mobile/ZDNET T-Mobile/ZDNET

Looking for the next best product? And when you combine the $300 rebate with the AutoPay credit, free 5G gateway modem, and both Hulu and Paramount+, it’s an even better value for anyone looking for more affordable home internet and to cut the cord with their cable or satellite provider. T-Mobile even has a 15-day money-back guarantee if you aren’t happy with your new home internet service. That’s why I gave this deal a 4/5 Editor’s rating.

T-Mobile hasn’t placed a definitive end-date for this rebate deal, but prices and offers are always changing depending on services available and service area.

To sign up for T-Mobile 5G home internet, enter your physical address on their site to see if services are available in your area. If they are, new and existing customers are subject to a credit check for auto-pay approval. Customers are also responsible for a $35 device connection fee as well as all applicable taxes and fees. T-Mobile will supply customers with a 5G internet gateway that must be kept in good working order, or customers will have to pay a $370 replacement fee once the device is returned to the company. Gateways are tied to a single service address, and if T-Mobile discovers service at an unapproved location, service will be terminated.

To qualify for the $5/month AutoPay credit, along with a credit check you must provide a bank account or debit card number (NOT a credit card). To qualify for the $55/month promotional price, customers must sign up for AutoPay and a postpaid mobile line. T-Mobile also reserves the right to restrict, slow, suspend, or terminate your internet service for misuse (including torrenting). T-Mobile may throttle speeds if you use more than 1.2TB of data per month.

For the 15-day trial rebate, you must cancel within 15 days of start of service and submit your rebate redemption request within 30 days of cancellation. Refunds are offered as one-time credits to your monthly bill.

For Hulu and Paramount+, you must keep your All-In home internet plan in active and in good standing. Cancelling your account or falling behind on payments will void the offer, and you’ll be responsible for each app’s monthly subscription costs.

We aim to deliver the most accurate advice to help you shop smarter.
