Spencer Pratt<\/a> does not need Jimmy Kimmel<\/a>\u2018s help moving out of Los Angeles after losing his bid for mayor in the primary election.<\/p>\n

Kimmel, 58, opened the Tuesday, June 9, broadcast<\/a> of his late-night talk show by discussing Pratt\u2019s loss<\/a> to incumbent Mayor Karen Bass<\/a> and City Councilwoman Nithya Raman<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou know, he clearly promised that if Karen Bass or Nithya Raman were elected mayor, he\u2019s going to move out of L.A. He said he was done with L.A. And Spencer, if you\u2019re watching, we are so so sorry to see you go,\u201d the Jimmy Kimmel Live! host said. \u201cYou\u2019re a man of your word and you\u2019ve got to go. You said you were going to go, and I know things might be tight right now, especially [now that] out-of-state donation money is running out. Moving is expensive. So, to help you out, we rented you a U-Haul.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pratt took to social media on Wednesday, June 10, to remind Kimmel why he won\u2019t be needing a U-Haul.<\/p>\n

This is not the first time Pratt has declined moving help. After one social media user offered to send him moving boxes, the MTV alum responded<\/a>, \u201cNo, Karen Bass let my house burn down. Everything I owned burned in my house.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pratt joined the race to become the next mayor<\/a> of Los Angeles after losing his home in January 2025. Despite a push from many celebrities and an endorsement from President Donald Trump<\/a>, Pratt fell short in the June 2 primary.<\/p>\n
