EDGE conference at The Boca Raton resort in Boca Raton, Fla., has a bit of everything.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">The weeklong event, which features more than 250 speakers in front of a nearly 1,000 financial advisors managing $28 trillion in total assets (60% of which are RIAs managing over $500 million, brings together a mix of investing strategies, business growth best practices and tech initiatives.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">The day kicked off with kayaking on Lake Boca Raton and the FAB breakfast\u2014an invitation-only event to allow women in the wealth management space to talk honestly with each other about issues affecting them and their businesses.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">It then led into the <a class=\"ContentText-BodyTextChunk ContentText-BodyTextChunk_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wealthmanagement.com\/artificial-intelligence\/ai-will-improve-advice-quality-not-scale-kitces-says\" target=\"_self\" data-discover=\"true\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Hot Takes panel<\/a>, in which Woodgate Financial Senior Partner and Financial Planner Jason Pereira and Michael Kitces, chief financial planning Nerd at Kitces.com, ate increasingly spicier wings (a la \u201cHot Ones\u201d) while discussing artificial intelligence and wealthtech consolidation (at least while they could still talk).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p KOID,<\/a> the humanoid robot by KraneShares and Robostore, as well as panels on <a class=\"ContentText-BodyTextChunk ContentText-BodyTextChunk_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wealthmanagement.com\/ria-news\/ria-growth-strategies-from-the-top\" target=\"_self\" data-discover=\"true\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">organic growth,<\/a> marketing tactics and the annual WealthStack technology demos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">It culminated in an invitation-only wine tasting event at the
