{"id":698224,"date":"2026-06-11T18:40:15","date_gmt":"2026-06-11T18:40:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/698224\/"},"modified":"2026-06-11T18:40:15","modified_gmt":"2026-06-11T18:40:15","slug":"colorado-company-to-acquire-historic-arizona-resorts-and-golf-courses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/698224\/","title":{"rendered":"Colorado company to acquire historic Arizona resorts and golf courses"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Three properties of The Arizona Hideaway Collection, including Tubac Golf Resort &amp; Spa, Sedona Golf Resort and Rancho Ma\u00f1ana Golf Club in Cave Creek \u2014 will be acquired by Mountain Capital Partners.<\/p>\n<p>Tubac Golf Resort &amp; Spa, located in Southern Arizona&#8217;s Santa Cruz Valley, has 98 hacienda-style rooms, a 27-hole championship golf course and a full-service 3,000-square-foot spa.<\/p>\n<p>Sedona Golf Resort, set against a backdrop of red rock mountains \u2014 a key attraction for the north-central Arizona city \u2014 is a 6,646-yard, par-71 course.<\/p>\n<p>Rancho Ma\u00f1ana Golf Club, formerly a 1940s dude ranch, has been transformed into an 18-hole, par-70 golf course.
