\n\tSpencer Pratt<\/a>\u2018s near deafening silence over being shut out of the runoff race to be Los Angeles\u2019 Mayor has come to an end, sorta. <\/p>\n

\n\tThree days after counted ballots in the bids between The Hills self-declared villain and Councilmember Nithya Raman<\/a> to secure the second spot in the mayoral election this fall saw former Palisades resident Pratt fall short <\/a>to face off against incumbent Karen Bass<\/a>, the failed candidate took to his fav medium of social media.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn an uncharacteristically brief salvo posted on Elon Musk\u2019s X, Pratt simply asked: \u201cAre they done counting yet?\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe answer is no, but for Donald Trump<\/a> endorsed Pratt the possibility of acquiring enough votes to get in front of progressive Raman are statistically a non-starter. As of the latest ballot drop of June 10 in California<\/a>\u2018s admittedly slow tallying process, Pratt has 216,783 votes That translates to 25.52% of the counted votes as of right now. <\/p>\n

\n\tLocked in to take each other on in November Bass has 291.397 votes and two-term City Councillor Raman has snagged 246,333 votes. According to L.A. County election results, that\u2019s 34.30% for L.A.\u2019s 43rd Mayor and an growing 29.0% for 11th hour contender Raman. <\/p>\n

\n\tMore election results are expected later Thursday, but they are not anticipated to significantly change anything at this stage. <\/p>\n

\n\tWeeks ago, when his online blasts and West L.A. support had Pratt as a potential civic politics player, the The Guy You Loved to Hate: Confessions from a Reality TV Villain\u00a0author promised he would leave the City of Angels if he didn\u2019t get elected Mayor<\/a>. After it became clear Pratt would not be achieving that goal, Jimmy Kimmel advocated the Hills star keep his word. Pratt hit back Wednesday, reminding the ABC late night host and everyone else that he and his family had lost their home in last year\u2019s devastating wildfires. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe Palisades fire and the admittedly lackluster response to rebuild became Pratt\u2019s rallying cry when he entered the mayoral race last year. Adding quality of life issues like wide spread homelessness, boarded up store fronts and animal cruelty to his attractive protest campaign over time, Pratt snared a coterie of loud Hollywood supporters ranging from MAGA inclined James Woods<\/a> to Paris Hilton<\/a> and Entourage creator Doug Ellin<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\n\tEven with an initial strong showing against Bass<\/a> on June 2 primary day , it wasn\u2019t enough to get Pratt over the line. The backing of the ICE loving and deeply unpopular Trump in the heavily Democratic L.A. didn\u2019t help. News that Pratt actually wasn\u2019t living in a trailer on his burnt Palisades property, but instead racking up $15,000 plus bills at the Hotel Bel-Air (while his family was in a house in Santa Barbara County didn\u2019t prove a winning look either. <\/p>\n

\n\tEven with the projected Bass vs Raman battle set, it is expected that Pratt will either ask for a recount or take court action over the mayoral results. Getting into another skirmish with outgoing Gov. Gavin Newsom, Trump and MAGA loyalists have already been undermining California\u2019s slow-ish but comprehensive vote results but Pratt has said nothing publicly on his next move \u2014 yet. <\/p>\n
