The custody battle<\/a> Rumer Willis<\/a> is embroiled in with her ex-boyfriend has taken a bizarre turn.<\/p>\n

Just days after Derek Thomas<\/a>\u00a0denied domestic abuse and drug use in court filings pertaining to custody of the former couple\u2019s daughter, Louetta, 3, a hearing took place on Tuesday, June 9, where both parties were present and a new custody schedule and set of instructions were issued.<\/p>\n

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Willis\u2019 ex has been ordered to \u201cnot bathe\u201d without clothing with their minor child. Additionally, both parents were ordered not to post any photographs or videos of Louetta without clothing or even partially clothed. Any current photos or videos of this type that exist \u201cmust be removed immediately,\u201d per the court papers.<\/p>\n

Additionally, both Willis, 37, and Thomas, 30, were ordered to ensure their daughter has \u201cher own room\u201d and is able to \u201csleep in her own bed\u201d while in their care.<\/p>\n

The court also ordered the exes to attend co-parenting counseling for a minimum of 15 sessions, the documents showed.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Willis was granted primary physical custody of Louetta. Both share joint legal custody.<\/p>\n

As In Touch previously reported<\/a>, Willis\u2019 mother Demi Moore<\/a> claimed in her own declaration earlier this year that Thomas displayed questionable behavior during Willis\u2019 home birth, alleging he had \u201cno consideration to Rumer, the baby, the process, or anyone,\u201d and \u201cessentially ruined what should\u2019ve been one of the happiest moments of her life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Per the new custody agreement, Thomas will be able to spend time with Louetta \u201cevery other weekend\u201d from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., alternating weekends between Los Angeles and Idaho, where Willis now lives. Visitation will be monitored by one of Louetta\u2019s nannies, the documents state.<\/p>\n

As In Touch readers know, Willis accused Thomas of \u201cincessant domestic violence\u201d during their relationship<\/a>, which he vehemently denied in court papers.<\/p>\n

\u201cI deny every characterization. In every documented instance I am calm, clear, and focused on Louetta. There is no police report, no restraining order, no child welfare referral, no court finding of any kind. Respondent alleges coercive control. I deny this entirely,\u201d he claimed in court papers filed on June 2.<\/p>\n
