During a recent video shared by\u00a0@hiphopnmore<\/a>,\u00a0Machine Gun Kelly<\/a>\u00a0opened up about his diet.\"<span<\/p>\n

The 35-year-old artist \u2014 who shares a 16-year-old daughter named Casie with his ex, Emma Cannon, and a\u00a04-month-old baby named Saga<\/a>\u00a0with his partner\u00a0Megan Fox<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 casually admitted that he doesn\u2019t \u201creally eat.\u201d\"<span<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t really eat. I just do water a bunch,\u201d he\u00a0shared<\/a>\u00a0on a recent Kick livestream with Adin Ross, before clarifying that he fasts. \u201cLike, I ate that burger \u2019cause we\u2019re streaming,\u201d he said, to which one of the men in the group asked, \u201cOK, if we weren\u2019t streaming, what would you have had for dinner?\u201d MGK replied, \u201cProbably water.\u201d\"<span<\/p>\n

When asked if he ever felt \u201cweak or lightheaded,\u201d MGK replied, \u201cYeah, sometimes. I\u2019ll eat, like, a couple times a week.\u201d\"<span<\/p>\n

The artist then detailed exactly what types of foods he has when he does eat, which include \u201cbone broth with kimchi and sauerkraut.\u201d He later explained that he opts to have these foods because they have \u201cprobiotics,\u201d sharing, \u201cWhen you do those water fasts, the only thing that\u2019s crazy is it kills all the good bacteria in you, too, so you gotta put the pro[biotics].\u201d\"<span<\/p>\n

While sauerkraut and kimchi are indeed fermented foods rich in probiotics, which promote healthy gut bacteria, the diet MGK described is\u00a0not nutritionally complete<\/a>, given that it lacks things like sufficient calories, protein, and healthy fats.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll drink celery juice sometimes. Coconut water,\u201d he added, before sharing that he also frequently has \u201ccoffee and cigarettes.\u201d\"<span<\/p>\n

While this clip of MGK detailing his diet was shared a month ago, it has recently started picking up steam\u00a0online<\/a>, with several users expressing their concern.<\/p>\n

\u201cImagine smoking cigarettes while explaining how you don\u2019t want to put bad shit into your body,\u201d one comment on\u00a0Instagram<\/a>\u00a0read, while someone else\u00a0echoed<\/a>, \u201cHe lost me when he said he water fasts but he smokes cigarettes.\u201d<\/p>\n
