TritonPoint Partners, the Chevy Chase, Maryland-based independent advisory firm powered by Dynasty Financial, has announced its\u00a0second father-and-son advisory team addition.<\/p>\n
Based in Huntington Beach, California, and Indianapolis, Indiana, respectively, Carlos and Matthew Sanchez specialize in business-owner wealth planning and divorce-related financial planning<\/a>, working with clients facing pivotal transitions including business succession, liquidity<\/a> events and significant life changes.<\/p>\n Carlos Sanchez has been in the industry for 32 years while Matthew began as an investment advisor registered with Schwab jsut over a decade ago, according to their repsective public disclosure records with the Securities and Exchange Commission<\/a>.<\/p>\n The veteran Sanchez pointed to TritonPoint’s “flexibility, resources, and planning capabilities” as part of its ability to “support our growth while allowing us to remain focused on clients.”<\/p>\n Matthew Sanchez highlighted the importance of providing “clarity and structure” for their clients as “family, business, and financial concerns are all in play at once.”<\/p>\n The Sanchezes follow Richard Sichel and Robert Sichel, a father-and-son team based in Princeton, N.J., who joined TritonPoint last month<\/a> after\u00a0managing approximately $350 million in client assets at their previous firm.<\/p>\n TritonPoint Partners’ most recent Form ADV shows it has approximately $786 million in assets under management,\u00a0 while its older sibling firm, TritonPoint Wealth, manages approximately $1.55 billion.<\/p>\n Read more:\u00a0$1.8B TritonPoint Wealth launches new firm to support independent advisors<\/a><\/p>\n Merrill lands $450M father-son team from Morgan Stanley<\/a><\/p>\n Merrill also announced its own father-son addition on Monday, as Steve Keller and Cole Keller have joined its Monterey\/Carmel office in California.<\/p>\n The two arrive with $450 million in client assets from Morgan Stanley, where they most recently reported $1.8 million in production.<\/p>\n
