The Hurricanes retained their running back group from this past season–led by Hurricanes starting tailback Mark Fletcher. He is one of the most powerful running backs in all of College Football. This past season, he racked up a total of 1,192 rushing yards on 216 carries, and he also tallied 12 rushing touchdowns.<\/p>\n
Moten is a 6-foot-3, 325-pound defensive tackle, who finished last season with 31 tackles and 4.5 sacks. Over three seasons, Moten has put up 51 total tackles and 5.5 sacks, plus an interception in 2023. He is currently projected inside the first round of the 2026-27 NFL Draft by many media outlets.<\/p>\n
