His absence means coach John Tortorella will have to mix up his lines, including the possibility of shifting Mitch Marner<\/a> to center.<\/p>\n Marner played there for much of the season when Karlsson was out with a lower-body injury. When Karlsson returned to action, he centered a line with Marner and Brett Howden<\/a>\u00a0that at times has been Vegas\u2019s best this postseason.<\/p>\n \u201cIt obviously (stinks) losing Will but it\u2019s a next-man up mentality,\u201d Marner said. \u201cSo we\u2019ve just got to be ready to go.
